The company's mission is valuable, rewarding, and satisfying. This is the biggest plus by far.

Bad management: There are a few seriously spoiled apples in low to mid management, and upper management has no clue.
They promised (in writing) that Verisign would stay in fully remote mode even after the pandemic. And now they force the employees back into the office, for now only 2 days, but we know where this is heading.
You cannot trust management on any level.
Run if you have other options.
