paycheck, 401(k), compensation benefits, etc.
Non-responsive and clueless management, excessive visa abuse, limited career opportunities, disrespectful communication amongst and between co-workers and management, depressing employee morale, and inadequate recognition for jobs well done—unless you are a member of a power clique. In summary, a totally dismal place to work.
Live up to the expectations laid out in the RAPID values statement, issued to all employees and posted throughout the workplace. If you are going to talk the talk, then actually follow through with it. Anything else is a mockery and an insult. Many co-workers with extensive industry experience feel this is the worst place they have ever worked.
Applied online and heard back from a recruiter within the same week. Had an online interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview, followed by an interview with the director. The whole process took about 1 month.
The first round was relatively simple, with easy LeetCode-style questions along with some resume review. The second round was a bit harder, featuring easy-medium LeetCode problems. Overall, the process wasn’t very difficult, just very long.
The first interview was a thirty-minute conversation with an engineer who had been there a few years. The second interview was a low-key coding problem followed by some discussion. They really put me at ease before beginning the coding problem.
