Career progression is like running in quicksand with a large layer of middle management. The company has a lot of long-time employees steering the ship.
Focus more on employees and creating a positive culture, and worry less on every dime.

Verisign Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
Applied online and heard back from a recruiter within the same week. Had an online interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview, followed by an interview with the director. The whole process took about 1 month.
