Process
First was a phone interview, followed by a half-day interview with 4 managers.
The HR people were very friendly and helpful in answering all questions regarding benefits and any other questions we had. The managers were very friendly and asked standard questions from a list of them they were required to ask.
I left with a good feeling about the company and the people who work there.
Next, an HR person called to ask a few more questions and verify the online application. After they said the next step was to determine if there would be an offer or not.
Within 2 weeks, an offer was given and I was asked to take a drug test within 2 days of the offer.
Overall, it was a very positive experience.
