Process

The whole interview experience was bad. It was the most unprofessional interview I can imagine. I got the call from the recruiter, and she scheduled me for an onsite interview after one week. She never shared the schedule and said it should take 3-4 hours max. On the day of the interview, I sent an email to the recruiter (admin) asking again if the schedule was ready and if I needed to worry about parking. I got an out-of-office response :(. Anyway, I decided to try my luck and went ahead. Once I reached there, I noticed street parking is not more than 2 hours at any place, and after 20 minutes of driving, I finally found public parking. After that, the next 6 hours (which were supposed to be 4 hours max) were the most horrible. First, there was some confusion about the schedule, and people were taking at least 10-15 minutes after the interview panel was changing. The last person said he would send his boss, and it took almost 20 minutes for the boss to show up. By that time, I was so frustrated and tired that I decided to just answer most of his questions with 'No.' I wish they could have been more courteous and professional to candidates and respected their time.
