The interview process was not extremely difficult. After I submitted my application, I was called about coming in for a face-to-face interview with the Real Estate Manager. After the interview, my information was submitted to HR. They requested my transcripts from undergrad and graduate school. They also requested that I take a drug screening at the local LabCorp. Once all these things were done, I was made a conditional offer based on the results. Once the results came in, a formal offer of employment was made.
What value did I think I could bring to the Real Estate Team?
