Process

The first round is T-Con, and this is just a screening round. The second round is Technical. Three people came as a panel. One guy asks me a question, and another guy will not let me answer, interrupting constantly. When I am answering his question, he will ask, "Did you write the code or have you written the code?" I said I wrote the code for this scenario like this. Again, he will ask the same question: "Did you write or have you written?" When I say we did this project for 4 months for the XYZ client, he again poses the question: "Did you do it, or did someone else do it?" It was the worst interview I have faced in my lifetime. I am a Java J2EE Developer, and they did not ask me a single question on Java Technologies. I never mentioned in my profile databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, but they asked me whether I worked on PostgreSQL or MySQL. What should I tell them? Finally, I got hesitant because they had not seen my profile when they were doing the screening, I guess. Waste fellows. They don't even know how to respect people. Thanks.
