Pros: Good money, corporate environment, market leader. That makes you feel that you're in a place where you may have potential and a career path.
Cons: Totally unstable place to work at. I've seen projects and entire departments shut down, and people let go for no obvious reason. I've seen people who have been full-time for so many years impacted by such events, which apparently happen every six months.
Not to sound racist or anything, just to state some facts: There's a huge Indian population in the company which seems to control so many aspects of team building and internal politics.
