Process
They arranged an interview for me at 4 o'clock in the evening for the second round. It took half an hour, and finally, they moved my profile to the manager round.
The manager asked about my experience and questioned why I had chosen two companies in four years of experience.
I answered, and his speech clearly indicated to me they were looking for a resource who could stay more than five years in a company.
So, he rejected me blindly. My humble request to Verizon is to please scan resumes properly.
