It was a campus hiring process in NIT.

They had three rounds.

• First round is aptitude and verbal test. Most of the elimination happens here. The difficulty level of questions varies, so read the paper carefully and then solve to go through the cutoff line.
• Next round is the Technical interview where they asked to write a couple of code snippets with medium difficulty. Some questions regarding projects.
• The next round was HR, which was a cakewalk, kind of a formality.

They look for a smart guy with good communication skills and fair technical knowledge.
