Pros: - Casual dress code
- Friendly colleagues
- Work from home if you can beg your boss
Cons: - They don't release salaries for the first two months to contracting companies.
- Expect you to work during the night and on weekends (they don't want to pay overtime or compensatory time off).
- No clue as to where the projects are heading.
- Very tight and unreasonable timelines for development projects. They do not ask for team members' inputs while estimating work effort.
- You are not expected to leave the office before your manager, irrespective of whether your work is completed or not.
