Database Administrator
Was interviewed on a call. Good conversation regarding my previous experience and questions related to the current environment. Questions were asked on replication techniques for Oracle databases. Overall, a good experience. I got the offer.

After the interview, there was no feedback from HR. Even after asking HR where things went wrong, there was no reply. This was a very bad experience. On the first day, they asked about what you do, and the next day they asked about PostgreSQL.

Phone screening first. They know you don't have experience in something but still ask. The manager is pretty easy-going, though. He seems like a nice guy but needs senior-level people.
