Verizon has a very nice work culture. Teams are helpful, and especially for women, it's a good company to join. They allow cabs after 8 p.m. for women. But they have nice perks when it comes to health benefits. Also, they have started a three-day work-from-office policy. Overall, the learning curve for me as a fresher was very good here. My interview process was really smooth.
They don't have perks like cab facility or free food as of now. Food options are very limited. Partying culture is nowhere to be found. There are very few team dinners too.

Engineer 1 - Software Development
The interviewers were very friendly, and the overall experience was very smooth. This was, however, my very first technical interview, and the best. They visited CEG, AU on the 5th of October, and the interview was scheduled for the 10th.
Software Engineer
One Technical interview + One HR round. Basic DSA questions and projects were asked in the Technical round. 1. Write a code for palindrome. 2. SQL. 3. Tech stack of your project and motivation behind it.

Very smooth and easy process. GD followed by an AI prompt round, then the interview and HR round. Average interview difficulty. Great people and great process. Did not have to wait at all.
