Pros

Good benefits, and there seems to be a culture change going on now to make the workplace seem modern and edgy. They pay well and even provide tuition reimbursement for graduate school.

Cons

Bureaucracy to the max here. More often than not, I've seen people move up the ladder based on who they know and not necessarily 'what' they know.

Work/life balance is much harder now with additional layoffs. The theme seems to be: do way more with less people.

There also seems to be a lack of general strategy from the upper echelons of management (VP level & above). Some people aren't sure what the company will become in the future.

Advice to Management

Continue helping your teams learn and grow with the business.

Allow people to expand their minds and do as much as you can to foster innovation.
