Verizon pay is super under market value for the same work at other companies. They have Utah marked as low cost of living, which has changed dramatically. Also, horrible management; it's very political, hiring DE&I or friends over qualifications.

GD-Technical Interview-HR discussion The technical interview will be mostly based on core concepts and case scenarios. Many questions were based on AI and tools used for automation and analytics.
It was fairly easy. They asked about the projects in the resume only, and from those projects, they asked about the technical questions and all. The HR was very friendly and not so many picky questions.
3 rounds: 1st was technical, covering Java and DSA. 2nd round: DSA + System Design. 3rd round: HR + Techno-managerial, then Java and System Design. The interview was very good. They asked real-time scenarios, like idempotent keys, etc.
