Better lower-level communication. One-on-ones with group management fell by the wayside, and I felt forgotten after a bit.

I had to do a video montage online where I had to make five 1-3 minute video recordings answering various behavioral questions. There was only one chance per video, with no re-submissions. Afterwards, I was contacted for a phone interview.
