Too much work and very high expectations. A simple rule: work, work, work, and work. Above that, they don't appreciate the work you do.
Avoid unless you don't have a third option.
High delivery pressure for at least the contractors, as the company has its view because it is paying.
No work-life balance.
Working on the weekend without overtime pay is normal.
Every month, you see faces changing there. Very unstable company to be in.
Find a better option where they value your work.
