The interview process with Verizon is very generic. The person interviewing just asks the typical interview questions asked during every interview and does not bother to learn more about the candidate. Just an overall neutral opinion.

Simple 3 rounds: * One tech round * One manager round * One HR round Mostly, they will ask about the technology where we need to work. The manager round is about the work timing to adjust with our work hours.

The interview was one-on-one. Verizon uses a behavioral interview mixed with a typical structured interview. The interview starts out structured but then switches to behavioral about a quarter of the way into the process. I have had three interviews
