Best work environment. Employee is treated as family. A great place to work and learn. Lot of opportunities to explore new things and create new POCs. Extreme support from managers and higher management to work on new initiatives. Extreme competitive salary structure and yearly hikes.
The only con is that to get promoted, you need to do a lot of self-advertisement. You need to participate in all the tech events and give a lot of presentations.
Consider hard work also when giving promotions. Not everyone can be a good presenter. Some just do their work.
