Nice PTO, hybrid schedule, large corporation with many jobs.
Pay is low, typical massive company softness and beat-around-the-bush style leadership.
Started with a quick phone screen, followed by an interview with an engineer on Verizon's video platform. It was a pretty simple process, and they asked solely behavioral questions. There were only two rounds.
Behavioral. Recruiters wanted to know how candidates react to situations based on personal experiences and how they can showcase their problem-solving skills in real-life scenarios. Not a difficult interview process.
It was good, only HireVue with some coding questions, and it did not feel too bad. It took a long time to hear back from the company, though. Overall, still a good experience.
