Pros

Above-average salary and benefits (401k, health, profit sharing). Good for starting a career, but bad for everything else.

Cons

Outsourcing, contractors, heavy vendor and acquisition-driven company. Talent retention and development are not at its core. Their priorities are stockholders, customers, and then employees in an ever more competitive environment for talent to drive business revenue.

Advice to Management

Leadership by fear and ideas of making money is cost cutting and cutting corners. There's no idea how to have an agile mindset, and it's very top-heavy. There are too many siloed teams, and the key strategy revolves around sending jobs to India, only to find out that speed to market suffers as much as quality suffers as well.
