Pros

Good, talented people to work with. Great technology. Good user base (wireline & wireless customers) to introduce new products, services, platforms, etc.

Cons

Leadership/Management aren’t transparent.

You need to pay top dollar to hire and retain good talent. There are no RSUs or ESPPs for all; only Directors get them, which is not industry standard.

Advice to Management

Talking to your teams before making drastic decisions on strategy and product roadmaps.
