There are no pros for this company.
The worst company ever.
People working as FTEs in this company treat contractors as slaves.
It makes people work more than 10 hours a day.
There wasn't even a single day where I felt excited to go to work.
Managers are merciless.
Escalations for a 5-minute break.
Never ever join any company which is a contractor for Verizon.
This makes your life hell.
Treat employees as humans, at least if not as assets. Stop running others' mental health into the ground.
Total 4 rounds of interview. TR 1, TR2, Management Round, HR. It took 3 weeks of time to complete the interview process and 4 to 5 business days to release the offer letter. Interviews will be a bit tough on reaching the Management round.
The interviewer didn't ask very technical questions. More focus was on projects and related knowledge; good communication skills are a plus. I was also asked about the technologies I wanted to work on and why.
Applied on Monday, and the in-person interview was scheduled for the following Monday. The panel consisted of one person on the phone and one person face-to-face. The manager on the phone asked mostly behavioral/situational questions, like "what if"
