Pros

Great pay with benefits.

Get to know other people in other states during travel for meetings.

When sent out of town, everything is paid for by Verizon.

Cons

No matter how hard you work, nothing is good enough for upper management.

CEO – they push so much that most workers end up on anxiety medications.

Advice to Management

Management needs to learn how to communicate more efficiently and not engage in backstabbing.
