No downsides from my perspective.
Screening interview over the phone with HR. Once screened, I was invited for another in-person interview with the hiring manager and an employee. The interview was scheduled to be only 45 minutes, and it went for about 1 hour. I was not invited back
Went to the career fair at school and attended their Meet & Greet session on campus. I completed an on-demand video interview (behavioral) and then went to a Super Day where I had a 45-minute interview (behavioral questions) with two Verizon engineer
Met with a non-technical person who asked HR questions. No real technical interview (more on that later). Flew me to the main campus and gave a tour. Seemed focused more on selling us on the internship than actually interviewing us.
