Awesome group of coworkers, interesting projects. Everyone telecommutes, and the hours are flexible. Top-of-market salary. Lots of hardware to play with. Mutual trust and respect are all over the place. I've been here three years now and still like it a lot.
It's a huge company, around 200k worldwide, so there's big-corp idiocy in places like IT and HR. If you get the wrong group, it's a bad place to work. And of course, epic politics; there's real money in play.
Reopen the FIOS project. The country needs it, and the profit is there to be had.
Work harder to collaborate with other groups in the company.
