WFH since pandemic, schedule flexibility, decent benefits.
None that I've seen so far.
Applied through a placement on campus. The process was very quick. A coding test followed by a technical interview and then a HR interview over the phone. The technical round was just questions, no live coding.
3 rounds: * 1 online test * 1 technical round * 1 hr round Prepare basic DS, algorithms, and other subjects (OS, networks, DBMS, system design). It was a campus interview, conducted via AMCAT. The exam was fairly easy. Offer accepted.
First round was aptitude (general and technical). Then there was a group discussion. After that, a technical interview followed by an HR interview. The process was brief and precise. The people from the company were very prompt in their work.
