Call screening consisted of numerous questions, both non-technical as well as technical. The screener was very monotone but still kind, though seemed out of it. Overall, just doing her job and screening.

First round was aptitude (general and technical). Then there was a group discussion. After that, a technical interview followed by an HR interview. The process was brief and precise. The people from the company were very prompt in their work.

It was a very informal, over-the-phone interview. They needed a person to replace a contractor and had two days for the hand-off. Then they invited me for a two-week probation, and I have been here since.
