Huge company if that is what you want. Great campus with good food and a gym. The leadership I was under was very helpful.
It's very hard to work on projects that will actually make a big difference in the company. There are always a lot of hoops to jump through to get anything done.
Allow there to be more opportunities for software people to contribute in real ways to the company, as opposed to just doing minor changes to APIs that don't matter at all.
