Management is understanding, so it is not very stressful. Nothing would hold back a motivated employee from finding their place within the company hierarchy/roles. There are a variety of projects using a lot of technologies, so there's lots to learn if one chooses. No expense was spared for hardware needs, although it did take forever to even get a response for some requests.
Having started as a junior developer, it was very aimless early on with little professional development assistance or guidance on projects. Corporate will keep bugging you with training/compliance stuff that is super annoying if you have common sense. Most you can hope for in terms of salary growth is a small 3% inflation adjustment each year. Excellent performance will get you a pat on the back or a gift card at most, so I would suggest young, enthusiastic developers who are not looking for just an internship or something to look elsewhere.
One Technical interview + One HR round. Basic DSA questions and projects were asked in the Technical round. 1. Write a code for palindrome. 2. SQL. 3. Tech stack of your project and motivation behind it.
The interview process was smooth and professional. The questions were relevant, insightful, and focused on core competencies. The interviewer offered clear next steps and maintained a positive, engaging atmosphere. However, we need to be very strong
The interview process went well. There was a technical round followed by an HR round. The questions were regarding the projects on the resume and general CS topics.
