Because the company is losing ground in the market, there is always pressure on finance, which affects your bonus and growth.

If you are a fresher out of college, this is definitely not the company for you. (I know they sound cool in campus presentations.) So, must avoid for freshers.

Old and arrogant employees make the place worse.

Most of their products are failing in the market, so don't be part of a sinking ship.

Average salary.

Lay off your old employees. They are enjoying perks and making the place dull and unproductive. Just look at product failure, and you will realize.

The company needs to put young blood into its culture. Most employees are old and arrogant.
