Not an appropriate company for freshers, as there will be very little to learn. Almost all of the projects have been developed fully in the past and mostly involve enhancements (development from scratch is rare).
There is very little to learn. If you want to settle down in mid-career, this company is best, as there will not be much work.
Nominal hikes and everything depends on the manager.
No special benefits.
Senior management is good, but most of the time, managers will have more support from them rather than employees.
It was an on-campus interview. The first round was aptitude with four sections: quants, verbal, logical reasoning, and technical. Not very difficult, but the cut-off for selection was considerably high. The next round was GD. The topics were not over
I got to know about the offer through a job website. They sent me a mail with the details about the interview. The interview was held at Guindy. When I went there, there were batches of people who were interviewing. The interview was all technica
The interview had 3 rounds. First round was an AMCAT test, which was mostly aptitude and logical. Second round was a technical interview on basic programming and DBMS concepts. Third round was an HR interview, which was very general.
