You get to work with some great customers. An excellent work culture.
Your job designation and area of work (development/networking/testing) mostly decides how easy or hard it can get.
For networking, the job is pretty much hectic with constant pressure of being on top of the work. The lack of a proper café hits hard when there is a night shift.
A little more understanding between manager and employee would really help build a more successful and productive output on the results front.
Very bad one. Two to three interviewers were looking in their phones and asking questions. They didn't have the courtesy to reply back. The interview stretched to one to two hours. Bad experience.
1. ONLINE TEST - Aptitude test - Coding test - Cognitive test - Vocabulary and English test 2. GD On Gen AI 3. TECHNICAL INTERVIEW Around 20-30 mins 4. HR INTERVIEW Around 15 mins
It was an on-campus interview. The first round was aptitude with four sections: quants, verbal, logical reasoning, and technical. Not very difficult, but the cut-off for selection was considerably high. The next round was GD. The topics were not over
