Not Good for Freshers!!
More flexible on office timing. Less pressure, less work. There won't be challenging tasks. Since it is product-based, there will be more work on bug fixing and fewer enhancement works. So, we can't say there will be development work for the people who are saying they are developers in VDSI. If we think of the tester and support team, it's full of joyous work except for a few times (with useless test cases and documentation, and more useless idle call presence).
It's all making the people who joined as freshers into idle resources in terms of work.
It's well suited for senior management.
