Some things are great and flexible. Some things seem to work well and move in the right direction. Some supervisors and leaders are actually smart and focused. Some of the fringe benefits are nice and they do take care of you when you are a hero and have good input or work performance.
Very disorganized as a large company. No real path or vision for anything they are producing.
They seem to grasp at straws and delve into too many arbitrary developments that, when they go bad, hurt lots of employees. Very cut and dry, no real help, working in vacuums.
Good luck. Start with a better CEO and move down. Reinvent the company from the bottom up.
