Good HR, which made administration quite easy. A brilliant peer group that made work an exciting thing in life. Good employee engagement that balanced life. And above-average infrastructure that supported business. Totally worthy.
No work-from-home policy at my time. Very strict confidentiality norms made normal life troublesome. Though compensation is at par with other IT companies, benefits were not absolutely delightful.
For example, the transport policy was not supportive, and that made the commute very difficult. Small things that could change employee perception.
Some accused of regionalism, but to me, it was a myth. I was from a different region and never felt a thing.
