Good work-life balance here.
Only a few real cons here.
The interview process is completely irrelevant. Most interviewers are not prepared for taking interviews. Phone interview to onsite. Basic project questions, and mostly no coding. Just need to prepare your resume and read about all technologies use
Gave an intro about the company. Then, asked in-depth about projects, basically grilled on the resume. Gave a coding question on strings to implement and ended with some basic HR discussion.
Got a call from HR regarding the position. They set up a phone screening call with the Hiring Manager, where we discussed more about my background. After that, I got a call for an onsite interview. It was a 3-hour interview with 6 people. All rounds
