Nothing as such in all my years of experience.
Zero automation if you are looking for an automation job. Managers and leads have zero knowledge of technical and product. Their job is just to blame, scold, and take out their frustrations on vendor employees. Instead of focusing on productivity and team development, managers seemed more interested in gossip, office politics, and unnecessary chitchat. It often felt like they came to the office just for entertainment rather than doing real work.
Please focus on actual work and leadership rather than spending time on office politics and networking. Treat vendor employees with respect and promote a fair work culture.
