Good for the beginning of your career
- Very good company to put on a resume.
- Interesting projects.
- Working from home increases the workload; there are no more set lunch hours.
- Payment is not good.
- It can be really stressful at times.
- There is a lot of team dependency. Sometimes your job is just to follow up with people.
- There is less and less development in the USA. They are offshoring IT development to India, and only managers, POs, B Os, etc., remain in the USA.
- Your project can go out of budget, and you need to be reallocated within the company.
This new policy of "offshore people" should be revisited.
