Pros

Benefits, some great people, although an old-school ghetto retail mentality poisons great teams.

Cons

Hans Vestsburg needs to go and tank another org.

He needs to focus more on the company than posting how much he ran on IG. His leadership selections suck horribly.

Tami Erwin is one of the best leaders left. Ronan Dunne tanked the Retail group and left them to dry. He was a horrible leader. Good riddance.

There is no company direction. A lot of people are miserable.

The pay isn’t nearly close to current market. HR still loves to lowball existing employees like it’s a game of how to pay employees the least amount possible.

Advice to Management

Get rid of Hans! No clear direction for the company; just throwing spaghetti at the wall.
