Not sure how remaining employees can continue to do their jobs without working 10-12 hours a day and weekends. Sooner or later, people will burn out, and productivity will be degraded.

It was fairly easy. They asked about the projects in the resume only, and from those projects, they asked about the technical questions and all. The HR was very friendly and not so many picky questions.
