I had one interview with the HR person and the regional System Performance engineers manager. It was a fairly simple and casual interview where we talked about current projects that I was involved with for my classes and mentioned some of the skills

Human resources checked some basic information and set up a phone interview schedule. One manager and two technical staff had a phone interview with me. The interview went smoothly, and I am waiting for a response.

The management team relies on their teams for all technical information. If you can sell yourself and act somewhat knowledgeable, you should be fine.
