Pros

This is a great retirement destination for those who are incompetent. If you have connections or are from a particular caste, you can easily make it onto the rolls and enjoy your life. Also, if you have a serious business, you can join this company and make a second income.

Cons

The business strives to make some comeback, but the employees pull it down. It's like a typical Indian state government office. Only people with high political skills can survive.

Discrimination is rampant based on caste. IT people cheat the business, and the genuine ones are laid off. Most employees are into real estate business or are operating another company.

It is a nightmare here to be a genuine and hardworking employee. An employee who is always drunkard and misbehaves with women is retained. An employee who is from a particular caste, without much qualification, became associate director and spoiled the careers of hundreds of people. He was even involved in two or three security incidents but remained unscathed.

Advice to Management

The Indian management is very funny. They promote themselves, take huge salaries home, and enjoy. Please do not recruit good people.
