A Nice Place to Learn Managerial Capabilities
- Flexible timings (I mean entry, but not exit, as most of the times we try to overlap with US folks, and it would extend till 9 PM).
- Above-average paymaster.
- Most of this pay would be fixed.
- Recent policies, like allowing camera mobiles and remote connectivity, have gone down well with employees.
- Technical growth would be zero.
- The fight between onsite and offshore is disgusting, as most of the times onshore sees offshore eating into their positions.
- Worthless folks, just being in the project for years, get into ranks quickly.
- Please rotate people among projects to identify the right talent so that they can lead a project.
- Give respect to the work of people rather than the project importance result.
