One of the best companies I ever worked for. I was working as X and quit as Y after 10.5 years. I have a great level of understanding of the company. The company has lots of potential employees. It is mostly surrounded by many governance policies. They care well about employees overall at the organization level. One company that allows you to experiment with most aspects and values your thoughts. Work is mostly self-driven. Not much WLB, however, the amount of work-life balance needed is required. The top-level management is really good and great. The former DM and the current MD listen to employees. (Only till MD; once you come down to DH level, it's all politics). Of course, you will enjoy that :-)
HR BPs are the problems. Which is still okay, as we are not going to work with them every day. The moment you start working for a wrong manager, you are all screwed from then.
Your thoughts are valued, but recognized with almost a 1% difference in appraisals, and the HR generalizes the ratings, which will mostly lead to a high-performing and a moderate/low-performing candidate almost at the same level. You end up getting frustrated.
Nothing specific. Management is trying its best for the employees.

A 2-hour interview process with two technical rounds: firstly screening and then technical. There were several panels, and each of them was assigned candidates randomly. After the interview, I asked about the project and its kind, but it was more of
