Hard to beat the benefits
Total benefit package was outstanding. The cost of insurance was low compared to other companies I've worked for. The 401k match was above average. They are willing to spend money on the best technology.
It is hard to get noticed in such a large company.
Don't give in to the pressure of outsourcing jobs. It will only hurt in the long run.
