Great Company with very poor Senior Management
The telecom sector is undergoing one of its major overhauls in over a decade. Verizon is a great company with great services and products.
It offers innovative technology, the one of its kind in the telecom field. Wireless & FiOS are great products; the platform is really excellent. If one wants to work on cutting-edge technology and products, then Verizon is the platform to be.
Poor Senior Management, particularly in Information Technology. Senior Management lacks communication skills, experience, and understanding of customer issues. Senior Management needs a complete overhaul to lead this company forward.
Senior Management needs more training than anyone else in understanding what Verizon is all about and what Verizon delivers.
