The interview process began with a technical phone screen, followed by a full day of three more technical interviews and a less technical manager interview. This was rounded out with lunch with the team. There was also brief interaction with the recruiter before and after the interviews.

The team seemed fine, but the recruiters (mostly AO) were completely unprofessional and made this a negative experience. They didn't get back to me for a whole month after the technical screen. While I understand it was the holidays, an email would have been nice.

Then, before the onsite, I received an email from the recruiter about prepping for the interview, but the provided link didn't work. I emailed her directly but received no response. I was mostly asked React questions, and I hadn't really prepared for that. A heads-up would have been appreciated.

Following this, I received a generic, no-reply rejection, which felt rude after all the time I invested. A phone call or, at the very least, a direct email would have been much more considerate. This approach, I suppose, ensures I can't follow up or ask any questions. They were probably just eager to get their weekend started early.
