The recruiter did not show up for the first interview and did not respond to my email. This was extremely unprofessional behavior.
It turned out my email had gone to spam, and we connected later.

Cons: Where to start? A toxic work environment, driven from the top down.
No work-life balance.
Poor communication about what is expected of the team.
The sales team we work with hates their jobs even more than we do.
