The hardware management team is a disaster. Managers do not support their own engineers but only the higher-level people in the company. The goal of this company is to launch a product every 6 months, but the EPMs and the EPM manager (EPM daddy) do not understand the complexities of the different products. The only thing they care about is the timeline.
Besides, the company does not know what kind of product to build, so instead, they would like to build one product with way more features than what is actually needed. Many products are white-labeled as well just to support the quick launch time.
Some managers do not value or respect people, which could be painful for recent graduates working here. Additionally, they are super busy and will not have time to support the engineers.
Please do way more research before building any products.
